After studying political science and writing in Baltimore, I graduated in 2011 and started my career in publishing as the intern to Stefano Tonchi, the Editor in Chief of W Magazine, and after working with several designers and freelance writing for international editions of magazines, I returned to Condé Nast in 2012 to work at Brides magazine. While I was in graduate school at Parsons, I launched PLAN DE VILLE ® in November 2014 to become the online destination for luxury fashion by emerging designers.
I received my Masters in Fashion Studies from Parsons The New School for Design, and I am affiliated with leading fashion industry intuitions including: The Couture Council of the Museum of FIT, The St. Louis Fashion Fund, and The Fashion Group International.
In addition to leading the team behind Plan de Ville, I partner closely with early-stage fashion brands to launch their products and marketing strategies to the world.
In January 2016, I received the Rising Star Award in Retail from The Fashion Group International, and I began an Executive MBA in the fall of 2017 at Columbia Business School.
